Please read these terms before attending an event.

1. Reservations

All reservation requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from our team. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a seat at the event.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@dineforimpact.com. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund where a ticket fee applies.

3. Dietary Requirements

We endeavour to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies notified at the time of reservation. However, our kitchens are not allergen-free environments. Guests with severe allergies attend at their own risk.

4. Photography & Media

Dine For Impact events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness being captured and used in our marketing materials. If you have concerns, please notify us in advance.

5. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, confirmed guests will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
